14.02.2008 - The Government confirmed timber volumes that can be felled from the state forest in 2008 10.10

On 14.02.2008, the Government prescribed for the managers of the state forest the timber volume that can be felled from the state forest in the current financial year to be 2.63 million cubic metres and the maximum area of clearcuts to be 8360.7 hectares.

Last year, the prescribed cut was 2.57 million cubic metres and the maximum area of clearcuts 7183.2 hectares.
